Michael Jordan is arguably the greatest player to ever lace them up, and if there's a close second or someone who might be better, it's only Los Angeles Lakers star LeBron James. The Chicago Bulls have faced some tough times since Jordan's departure, but they remain a proud organization, largely due to the legacy he established.

LeBron James has been quite the talk of the NBA offseason. His wife just entered the conversation with her dramatic new look.Much has been made of Los Angeles Lakers superstar opting into the final year of his contract and the rumors he’s unhappy about a how the team included Luka Doncic in conversations about the future and he wasn’t aware.

The most-likely scenario, according to Dan Woike and Joe Vardon of The Athletic, is James stays put and the Lakers see how far they can get next season with a core of James, Luka Doncic, Austin Reaves, and Rui Hachimura, plus free-agent additions Deandre Ayton and Jake LaRavia.

It makes sense for the Dallas Mavericks to have some level of interest in Los Angeles Lakers superstar LeBron James if he becomes available, given that he’s played and has a good relationship with Kyrie Irving and Anthony Davis. However, for other reasons, it may not be as easy for the Mavericks to finalize a deal.
