Giants first. Heliot Ramos strikes out swinging. Willy Adames walks. Wilmer Flores homers to left field. Willy Adames scores. Matt Chapman grounds out to shortstop, Jeremy Pena to Christian Walker. Casey Schmitt strikes out swinging.
Heliot Ramos is off to a great start for the San Francisco Giants, and his wife, Carolina Lopez, is loving it.
Ramos will extend the streak when he takes the field at Great American Ballpark on Thursday afternoon. Time will tell if he’s the one to break it. “It would be a privilege, for sure,” Ramos said. “An organization like this, it means a lot. It has a lot of legends. Heliot Ramos catches a pop-up in left field for the final out of the game as the Giants come back to win on Opening Day, 6-4
