Francis Ngannou has said he wants to fight UFC heavyweight champion Jon Jones, two years after leaving the MMA promotion for the Professional Fighters League (PFL). Ngannou, 38, has mostly boxed since exiting the UFC,

UFC heavyweight champion Jon Jones issued the challenge and it did not take long for Francis Ngannou to respond.

Jones went on to win the UFC title, while Ngannou has made millions of dollars competing in the boxing ring, as well as the PFL cage. On Friday, Jones tweeted how a matchup with Ngannou would fire him up to compete again — unlike a bout against interim champ Tom Aspinall.
