Seeing the Eiffel Tower during COVID was surreal—so quiet, almost empty. It felt strange but also peaceful, like having a piece of Paris all to myself. A once-in-a-lifetime experience.Full review by damiana75005

It is well worth walking up. You can only walk to the 1st and 2nd stages. If you want to go to the top then you will need to buy a stairs plus lift ticket at the bottom before you start climbing. …Full review by JaneMLondon

I tried lots of bank cards, mobile and PC, friends, rang my bank, spent hours and hours without success. Very poor. Just book on the day, if you don’t need the lift up you’ll be ok !

Can I just go to room of Eiffel Tower missing second floor?

If you want to know whether you can avoid the second floor , I am sure that is possible, as they are separate tickets to the top floor and separate tickets to the 2nd floor
