Copiague is a hamlet on Long Island in the Town of Babylon, in Suffolk County, New York, United States. The population was 23,429 at the time of the 2020 census. According to the United States Census Bureau, the CDP has a total area of 3.2 square miles, of which 3.2 square miles is land and 0.04 square miles, or 0.88%, is water.
