It may be a matter of missing something or transposing something or you need to contact your financial institution and tell them you are trying to use your card and keep sending you that message. Some banks, not all require you to tell them you are going abroad. The bank can tell you if they see the charge you are trying to make and give you details. I am a world traveler and have rarely had this issue. One other thing is some things you have to actually book on a computer not your phone.

All lifts from the bottom go to the second floor only. You have get out and walk short distance to the next set of lifts that do go to the top. There's 4 lifts that go up. You don't need to stay and see the second floor and can do that on the way down.
How long should we plan for if using the stairs to the second level?

Depending on your fitness I'd say 30 to 45 minutes. My kids did it in 30 I did it in 45. You can recover with the sightseeing on each level. The wait at the bottom however was long. ā¦
